Base Salary

$168k - $275k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build software to support Ramp’s growth to millions of users.
  • Automate and scale application decisioning operations with AI assistance.
  • Drive business outcomes through metric-driven software development.
  • Own the customer journey from discovering and applying to Ramp through approval and product onboarding.
  • Collaborate with product, data, design, sales, marketing, risk strategy, operations, and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a software development role.
  • Experience shipping fast, reliable applications using modern development tools and infrastructure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and develop iterative, pragmatic technical solutions.
  • Ability to improvise and create solutions when common approaches fail, with strong curiosity and commitment to improving technical craft.
