- Scale the output of the application decisioning ops team through automation and AI assistance.
- Drive business outcomes through metric-driven software development.
- Own the customer journey from discovery to onboarding.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software development role.
- Experience shipping fast, reliable applications using modern development tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong improvisational skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
