Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead application design efforts aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Adapt applications to changing business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with OpenText ECM Tools.
- Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience designing and configuring applications in enterprise content management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex application challenges.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and application development best practices.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
