Responsibilities
- Build backend services and optimization algorithms for real-time energy asset processing.
- Develop dashboards for monitoring and controlling battery systems.
- Design and scale cloud infrastructure for distributed battery systems.
- Deploy production-ready optimizations and improve them using real-world feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to define product features and requirements.
Requirements
- Have no more than five years of work experience and have graduated in 2023 or later.
- Have full-stack familiarity with React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python on the backend, and Tailwind CSS.
- Have experience at a startup with fewer than 50 employees that was founded less than three years ago.
- Have energy industry experience and a track record of deploying optimizations in production.
- Understand mixed-integer optimization and have experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or electrical engineering, with a grade better than 2.0.
- Be fluent or near-fluent in German and have completed a semester abroad at a leading university in the US, UK, or Asia.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €70,000 to €100,000.

- On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
