Responsibilities
- Own product features from initial design through deployment while collaborating directly with customers.
- Build performant backend services for data-intensive applications.
- Develop intuitive interfaces for complex decision-support workflows.
- Create time-series forecasting models for power consumption and renewable generation.
- Develop linear optimization algorithms to reduce customer energy costs.
- Help shape the core technology stack and solve energy procurement problems iteratively.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience delivering scalable web applications in an early-stage startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver full product features in collaboration with customers.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building robust, maintainable web applications across frontend and backend.
- Experience building user interfaces for complex decision-support systems and backend services for data-intensive applications.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, React, and Python.
- Experience or strong interest in time-series forecasting, linear optimization, and energy markets is beneficial.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, FastAPI, or Supabase is welcome.
Benefits
- Salary range of €85,000 to €140,000 annually.
- Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany, primarily on-site with occasional remote work.
