Responsibilities
- Design and build the agent core for planning, execution, and self-healing data-movement workflows.
- Own end-to-end development across connectors, the transformation engine, execution runtime, web app, SDK, and MCP server.
- Identify and solve high-leverage engineering problems independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Work directly with customers to translate technical needs into solutions and support implementations.
- Establish engineering patterns and quality standards for future hires.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and end-to-end application development.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language such as Python, Go, or C.
- Experience designing critical infrastructure with attention to reliability and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, or data warehouse platforms, including examples such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Snowflake.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical implementations or support.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where ownership and speed matter.
- Experience building or contributing to open source projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer engagement.
- Bonus experience with data migration, ETL, distributed systems, data pipelines, or LLM and agent tooling.
- Bonus strong computer science fundamentals from a competitive academic or self-taught background.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of 90,000 to 150,000 EUR.
- On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
- Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
