Responsibilities
- Own full product features from conception through production and iterate based on customer value.
- Work directly with founders and customers to turn conversations into product decisions and shipped code.
- Build clear, polished frontend experiences for complex workflows.
- Design and maintain reliable production LLM pipelines and agents.
- Contribute across frontend, backend systems, data, and AI integrations.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant engineering experience and required early-stage startup or founding experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently ship production SaaS features and 0-to-1 products at speed.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Familiarity with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and ClickHouse.
- Experience building and deploying production LLM pipelines and agents.
- Ability to design simple, intuitive UX for complex workflows.
- Comfort using coding agents, MCP, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to communicate directly with customers in English and represent the company well.
- Background in GEO, SEO, or marketing technology is preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary of EUR 85,000 to 120,000 per year plus equity through VSOP.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- On-site role in Munich, Germany; candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
