Responsibilities
- Develop and operate the full frontend, backend, and infrastructure stack as the sole engineer.
- Build case and claims management interfaces covering deadlines, status tracking, scenario analysis, and reporting.
- Design APIs and integrations with client case, contract, payment, and CRM systems, law firms, legal software, and settlement agents.
- Create AI-supported data pipelines that convert legal documents and official notices into structured cases.
- Implement tenant separation, least-privilege access, encryption, and comprehensive audit logging.
- Collaborate with founders and clients from requirements gathering through production go-live.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience and at least one end-to-end product deployed to production.
- Strong production proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, API design, and data modelling.
- Experience integrating AI or LLMs, RAG systems, or document-processing pipelines.
- Experience building interfaces for large datasets and complex enterprise workflows.
- Familiarity with regulated industries, enterprise clients, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or TISAX.
- Experience building security-critical systems with tenant separation, encryption, and audit logging.
- German language proficiency at C1 level and comfort working directly with clients.
- Early-stage startup experience and direct founder and client collaboration are preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range of 80,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
- On-site work in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
