Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the agent core, including planning, execution, and self-healing loops for enterprise data movement.
- Own connectors, the transformation engine, execution runtime, web app, SDK, and MCP server end to end.
- Identify and ship high-leverage technical solutions independently in an ambiguous startup environment.
- Participate in customer calls and use customer context to guide product and engineering decisions.
- Establish engineering standards, architecture patterns, and coding practices for future engineers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of production software engineering experience with strong TypeScript proficiency and end-to-end application delivery experience.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language such as Python, Go, or C.
- Experience integrating with or implementing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or data warehouse platforms, including examples such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Snowflake.
- Experience designing critical infrastructure and making reliability and scalability tradeoffs.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical implementations or support.
- Experience building or contributing to open source projects.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical problems and solutions to customers.
- Strong computer science fundamentals demonstrated through education, competitive programming, or internship experience.
- Data migration, ETL, system integration, distributed systems, data pipeline, or LLM/agent tooling experience is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary range of 90,000 to 150,000 EUR annually.
- Equity is available.
- On-site work five days per week in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
- Relocation is expected for candidates not already based in Munich.
