Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship complete autonomous agents for complex enterprise environments.
Own end-to-end product initiatives involving procurement automation and contract management tooling.
Develop backend and frontend systems and take products through live customer deployment and iteration.
Collaborate directly with customers to validate solutions and refine product direction.
Identify and execute high-value platform opportunities with broad ownership.

At least 3 years of engineering experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up, with shipped products owned end-to-end.
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
Production proficiency with TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
Demonstrated experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous software systems.
A track record of taking software from zero to production deployment.
Comfort working directly with customers to iterate and validate product solutions.
Experience with Flutter for mobile development is preferred.
Familiarity with GCP and Hasura or GraphQL APIs is preferred.
Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is preferred.
Founder or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
