Responsibilities
- Own features end to end from discovery to iteration.
- Build responsive frontends and secure backends.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate vision into products.
- Prototype quickly to validate ideas and develop scalable solutions.
- Write clean, reliable, and well-documented code.
- Monitor and resolve production issues proactively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring new ideas to the team.
- Work effectively across time zones and regions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on full-stack delivery experience with modern frontend frameworks.
- Track record of shipping products and iterating based on user feedback.
- Experience with React and Node.js or comparable frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
- Versatile and adaptable with a stack-agnostic mindset.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong product instincts.
- Deep empathy for customers and a passion for user experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or desire to work in early-stage startup environments.
- Prior fintech industry experience is a plus.
