Base Salary
$132k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end to end from discovery and design through development, launch, and iteration.
- Build responsive frontends, secure backends, and supporting infrastructure across the stack.
- Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams to ship customer-facing products.
- Prototype ideas quickly and harden successful solutions into scalable, maintainable systems.
- Write reliable, tested, documented code and establish development, testing, deployment, and monitoring practices.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve production issues while maintaining performance, security, and reliability.
- Improve engineering tools, patterns, and practices and collaborate effectively across regions and time zones.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience with hands-on full-stack delivery.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, API development, and database design.
- Track record of shipping products to real users and iterating based on feedback.
- Experience with popular frameworks; React and Node.js are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.
- Ability to learn and adapt across technology stacks, with strong problem-solving and product instincts.
- Strong customer empathy, communication skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in or strong interest in early-stage startup environments.
- Prior fintech industry experience.
