Base Salary
$158k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale data infrastructure and automation systems.
- Deliver large projects that introduce new product capabilities.
- Modernize existing pipelines to support company growth.
- Break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to roadmap and execute technical strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide code reviews.
- Integrate AI technologies to enhance product features.
- Proactively improve the maintainability and performance of systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience delivering large software projects in a production environment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience with agentic coding and AI tooling is preferred.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Experience with healthcare technology or regulated environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is a plus.
