Responsibilities
- Design Bluetooth systems and wireless aspects during the early design phase.
- Develop efficient algorithms and improve wireless radio performance and coexistence.
- Influence software design and provide hardware design recommendations.
- Communicate with hardware, software, firmware, marketing, and performance teams across multiple radio technologies.
- Specify requirements for design improvements and identify new areas for enhancement.
- Mentor team members and lead projects across different technical domains.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Broad experience in overall system design and implementation.
- Solid understanding of multithreaded programming and synchronization.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience mentoring team members while leading projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and independent working skills are preferred.
- Experience debugging in wireless communications environments is preferred.
