Responsibilities
- Execute client projects under the supervision of a Senior Technical Consultant.
- Provide after-sales technical support to Asia-Pacific clients.
- Conduct on-site and remote installations, configuration, and support of enterprise software.
- Recommend appropriate custom solutions for client needs.
- Support consultants and sales teams with pre-sales engagements and RFP/RFI responses.
- Develop expertise in the company’s products and associated technologies.
- Build relationships with support and development teams.
- Manage client issues, support tickets, projects, technical documentation, and stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in a hands-on technical role involving direct client engagement and stakeholder interaction.
- Degree-level education or significant industry experience.
- Experience with client relationship management and international teamwork.
- Ability to understand, explain, and implement complex IT solutions with limited client or technology-stack information.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, technical problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Fluent English and business-capable Mandarin, spoken and written preferred.
- Ability to work in Singapore and travel to other countries in the region.
- Good understanding of IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Windows Server, SOAP/REST Web Services, COM, .NET, WCF, server and networking fundamentals, public cloud platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
- Desirable experience with solution architecture, implementation, system integration, cloud-based deployments, Azure, AWS, PowerShell, Batch, VBA, Perl, network performance analysis, .NET, C++, C#, Java, Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, Citrix, Cisco, VMware, and Microsoft or cloud certifications.
- Experience with cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments; enterprise scripting or development; systems integration and data transformation; Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, query writing, and database optimization.
- Experience bridging business-user requirements with technology teams and contracting professional services for large, complex organizations.
