Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and implementation lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality expectations.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Coach and support the professional growth of junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development, server-side programming, and database management.
- Familiarity with software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Ability to implement scalable and high-performance applications.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
