Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
  • Administer, scale, and optimize Kubernetes deployments for high availability and fault tolerance.
  • Architect and maintain microservices infrastructure and its communication, scaling, and security.
  • Implement and oversee monitoring solutions for anomaly and performance detection.
  • Lead capacity planning, resource management, pressure testing, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate critical service issues to maximize uptime.
  • Create, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures for operational tasks.
  • Manage high-severity incidents through detection, analysis, recovery, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop automated operational tools and systems to reduce manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams on infrastructure and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of Bash, Go, or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of the Linux environment and Linux operating system internals, including the kernel, memory, processes, threads, libraries, IPC, and signals.
  • Understanding of HTTP, DNS, SSL, TCP/IP, and ICMP networking protocols.
  • Experience in large-scale distributed environments and familiarity with distributed systems, the CAP Theorem, and microservices.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Zabbix.
  • A strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity.
  • Interest in automating repetitive manual processes.
  • Fast learning ability and effective teamwork.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin for international and headquarters-based stakeholder communication.
