Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions, autonomous AI agents, and full-stack services.
- Build production GenAI features, backend APIs, custom tools, LLM integrations, and evaluation harnesses.
- Design and maintain Model Context Protocol servers and services, including tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent coordination.
- Guide development of responsive React/TypeScript frontends and scalable backend services using Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
- Establish LLM observability, evaluations, caching, logging, usage tracking, and agent behavior monitoring.
- Improve platform availability, performance, observability, MTTD, and MTTR across frontends and backend microservices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code and system design reviews, and partner with product managers on technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Extensive professional software engineering experience with a record of delivering complex technical projects in senior or principal roles.
- Deep hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling production agentic AI workflows, tool integrations, and GenAI features.
- High proficiency with React and TypeScript plus backend development in Python, Java/Kotlin, or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic and multi-agent architectures, and Model Context Protocol services.
- Strong experience with application observability, logging, and performance monitoring across distributed backend and frontend systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and enterprise AI-agent integrations is desirable.
- Experience with GenAI observability and evaluation tools is desirable.
- Experience in enterprise performance management, financial planning, business analytics, or enterprise SaaS is desirable.
- Open-source contributions to agent frameworks or MCP servers, or published research in distributed systems or Generative AI, are desirable.
