Responsibilities
- Build and maintain digital products in collaboration with client teams.
- Work hands-on across frontend, backend, or full-stack engineering projects using varied technologies and stacks.
- Lead engineers, support team members’ career development, and advocate for technical excellence.
- Design efficient, low-complexity solutions focused on client and product value.
- Use cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver software.
- Contribute to internal and regional engineering communities by sharing knowledge and shaping technical discussions.
Requirements
- A few years of industry experience with one or more of Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, C#, React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
- Strong coding practices relating to accessibility, security, performance, and caching.
- Proven experience leading a team and supporting the career growth of team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis.
- Ability to obtain BPSS and SC security clearance, including five years of continuous UK address history at the point of application.
