Responsibilities
- Apply governance to solution design, code quality, and coding standards across the team.
- Drive the delivery of scalable, maintainable, performant, and reliable verification systems.
- Act as a technical escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
- Review team output and adherence to development standards.
- Own technical solutions from development through production.
- Estimate work, produce solution documents, and ensure effort is accurately represented and delivered.
- Collaborate with managers, architects, and stakeholders to create fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Mentor, coach, and distribute technical knowledge to team members.
Requirements
- Commercial experience leading development solutions.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, or TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience mentoring and coaching a team.
- A proven track record in high-availability, multi-browser-compatible development.
- Experience with high-availability, multiuser, service-based systems.
- Strong technical documentation skills and attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant discipline, or relevant professional experience.
