Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, debug, and deploy full-stack applications.
- Write maintainable front-end and back-end code for core project deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technology strategy, code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through pairing, code review, and knowledge sharing.
- Improve software development lifecycle efficiency through automation, modern engineering practices, and intelligent tooling.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables while remaining directly involved in execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in full-stack software development.
- Solid experience with .NET/C# and SQL Server for enterprise applications and data access layers.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software development lifecycle processes.
- AI agentic process engineering and skills.
- Ability to contribute directly to code, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready software.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools, automation, and engineering productivity practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and execution skills.
- Finance domain experience is preferred.
