Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
  • Develop monitoring solutions and improve platform measurement and automation.
  • Perform software maintenance, configuration, and enhancements.
  • Implement fixes in internally developed Perl, Ruby, C/C++, Java, and Python code.
  • Track and resolve technical challenges while collaborating with development teams on AWS projects.
  • Automate support processes and document systems.
  • Build and deploy services to air-gapped Amazon Dedicated Cloud regions supporting government customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or CSSLP certification.
  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
  • Current, active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility or above.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
