Responsibilities
- Architect and develop front-end solutions that integrate AI capabilities with intuitive user experiences.
- Build and launch product features that affect thousands of daily users and support business growth.
- Set technical direction for the next-generation product suite and Product-Led Growth strategy.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop travel technology.
- Champion front-end performance, accessibility, maintainability, code quality, testing, and monitoring practices.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead complex projects from concept through implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building sophisticated SaaS products with demonstrable impact.
- Advanced proficiency in React, including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience leading complex projects from concept through implementation and maintenance.
- Strong ownership of production-quality code, comprehensive testing strategies, and robust monitoring.
- Ability to translate user problems into elegant technical solutions and collaborate effectively.
- Passion for creating intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex interactions.
- Experience with or interest in applying AI technologies to enhance user experiences.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and backend development is a bonus.
