Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship high-quality full-stack features using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Ruby, and Go.
- Own key product areas affecting user experience, internal productivity, or revenue operations.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, support, and sales partners to shape product direction and solve complex problems.
- Operate and monitor built systems with emphasis on reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
- Mentor peers, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and maintaining complex production systems or products.
- Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
- Back-end experience with technologies such as Ruby, Go, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
