Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business and application requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand needs and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and guide the team, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
- Assess and improve application performance, optimization, and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with application development frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with application performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms is preferred.
