Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on AI-related requirements.
Develop software solutions for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and tools tailored to customer operational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission requirements into technical solutions.
Analyze data structures and data objects.

Two years of software engineering experience with a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or an appropriate field.
Alternatively, zero years of experience with a qualifying master's or PhD degree, or three years of software engineering experience with a high school diploma or GED.
Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph/FSP is required.
Familiarity with commercial and open-source AI/ML frameworks and platforms is desired.
Experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models is desired.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player is desired.
