Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, integration, and operationalization of SSPM and SaaS threat-monitoring capabilities across enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Onboard SaaS applications and implement security controls in partnership with application owners and platform teams.
- Design and maintain integrations, telemetry collection, and automation workflows for continuous SaaS security visibility.
- Develop SaaS security standards, architecture documentation, operational procedures, and implementation guidelines.
- Track and report application coverage, posture findings, SaaS threats, and remediation progress.
- Drive remediation of identified risks and improve enterprise SaaS security posture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of information security experience focused on SaaS security, cloud security, or identity security.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SSPM, CASB, SaaS threat protection, or related security platforms.
- Hands-on implementation experience with SSPM, CASB, SaaS security, or SaaS threat-protection platforms such as Obsidian Security.
- Strong understanding of SaaS-to-SaaS, identity-based, and agentic AI-related threats, including account takeover, privilege escalation, OAuth abuse, data exposure, and unauthorized application access.
- Experience onboarding enterprise SaaS applications and implementing controls through API integrations and governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth, SSO/SAML, API permissions, and modern SaaS security models.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for platform integration and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Financial-services or other regulated-industry experience and relevant cloud or information-security certifications are preferred.
