Responsibilities
- Support cloud network deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Improve networking processes using your skills.
- Write and maintain Golang-based services.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure following New Relic best practices.
- Manage network support tickets related to troubleshooting and inquiries.
- Engage in open conversations to understand technical challenges.
- Leverage AI coding tools to enhance code reliability and deployment speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with cloud network concepts (AWS & Azure).
- Functional knowledge of IP subnetting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools (Argo).
- AI coding/pair programming experience.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Terraform and Golang.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software planning and development methods.
