Responsibilities
- Automate and integrate development and operations processes for highly available systems.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and fleet deployment strategies using containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Monitor and improve application stability, reliability, performance, and resilience.
- Address traffic, deployments, DDoS, WAF, and related operational challenges.
- Respond to high-priority incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, security, and business teams to maintain operational and security standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Operations/SRE Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible, or equivalent deployment technologies.
- Programming or scripting experience with Bash, Python, Node, or Java.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar CI/CD and observability technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with cloud migrations, AEM upgrades, Apache upgrades, high-priority incident response, root cause analysis, and AI software development tools such as Claude.
