Responsibilities
- Embed onsite with Department of War customer groups and develop deep understanding of their missions.
- Build trust with users and help solve problems in operational environments.
- Decompose ambiguous mission problems into specific hypotheses and testable product workflows.
- Configure and iteratively improve product workflows for users.
- Test and troubleshoot product releases on deployed systems and coordinate issue resolution with engineering.
- Identify successful workflows, onboard users, and translate outcomes into evidence of mission impact.
- Develop relationships with new user groups and identify additional opportunities to create value.
- Operate independently onsite, set priorities, and maximize mission impact.
- Represent Vannevar as a trusted technical partner to users and customers.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. Persons status are required.
- Must be based in Tampa, Florida, with approximately 75% of time spent onsite with users in the Tampa region.
- Must be comfortable building trust in operational environments and working in secure or classified settings.
- Must demonstrate high ownership, independence, grit, persistence, and sound mission judgment.
- Must have technical intuition about how software systems work, fail, and can be improved.
- Must be curious about configuring and applying agentic AI systems to create mission impact.
- Must present professionally in high-stakes government environments.
- Periodic travel is required.
