Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models for specific domains and instructions.
- Evaluate model performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Apply natural language processing techniques, fine-tuning strategies, and dataset preprocessing methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document fine-tuning processes, experiments, and outcomes.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and their application to language models.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with large datasets and preprocessing methods for model training.
- 15 years of full-time education.
