Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, build, deploy, and operate AWS Frontier AI services across GovCloud and isolated environments.
- Write software and operational tools in Java and Python for large-scale distributed systems.
- Design scalable, reliable systems and influence technical strategy and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex Linux, networking, and systems issues and lead technical post-mortem discussions.
- Build automation, improve operational processes, support security campaigns, and deliver service parity programs.
- Work with government customers, technical teams, management, and partner teams to resolve issues and collect requirements.
- Deploy solutions across thousands of devices and improve resiliency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional).
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Current, active US Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility or above.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and describe software features and technical designs.
- After starting, the selected candidate must obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for applicable government agencies.
