Base Salary
$90k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality front-end features and enhancements.
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive, accessible, and production-ready user interfaces.
- Translate Figma designs and interaction specifications into pixel-perfect implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects while minimizing regressions through thorough testing.
- Extend and maintain existing design systems and front-end frameworks.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding, quality, accessibility, and security standards.
- Track work and communicate progress using project management tools.
- Implement telemetry, performance monitoring, and error tracking where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in front-end architecture, tooling, and development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern web standards.
- Experience building responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces from design specifications.
- Experience with React and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue, Angular, Svelte, or Solid.js.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON data integration, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Node.js, npm, Git, Visual Studio Code, and modern build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and front-end performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
