Base Salary
$240k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for critical Banking initiatives.
- Drive the design and evolution of reliable, scalable systems for money movement and bank account experiences.
- Partner cross-functionally to turn complex business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve systemic reliability and quality issues.
- Provide technical leadership by driving architecture reviews and aligning stakeholders.
- Mentor senior engineers and emerging technical leaders.
- Contribute directly to design, debugging, and implementation for critical initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading architecture and delivery for large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Experience improving reliability and operational excellence in production systems.
- Ability to work effectively across various cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Hands-on technical depth and sound engineering judgment.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and scaling technical leadership.
