Responsibilities
- Develop and use monitoring tools to protect the firm’s employees, data, and infrastructure.
- Handle incident response and remediation when threats are identified.
- Perform unstructured investigations to locate and repair the source of cybersecurity issues.
- Apply threat modeling and communicate security tradeoffs to internal stakeholders.
- Promote cybersecurity best practices across the firm and pass knowledge on to new analysts.
- Manage code and configurations in version control.
Requirements
- Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong programming ability with demonstrated high potential and aptitude for learning.
- Familiarity with threat modeling and the ability to explain security tradeoffs clearly.
- Interest in cybersecurity news and developments.
- Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and make challenging decisions under pressure.
- Curious, collaborative, humble, and positive problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in English.
