Responsibilities
- Participate in OneStream implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with business users, architects, and project teams.
- Configure and maintain workflows, metadata, data sources, transformation rules, data management jobs, cube views, dashboards, and security.
- Develop and enhance OneStream business rules and reports.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, testing, and production deployment support.
- Prepare design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required, with 3 or more years of hands-on OneStream experience.
- Experience in EPM/CPM technologies and implementation, enhancement, or AMS support engagements.
- Proficiency in OneStream with knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with cube views, dashboards, data management, workflow configuration, and transformation rules.
- Ability to troubleshoot OneStream application issues and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Basic exposure to VB.NET and SQL, ERP systems, finance data processes, OneStream modules, or OneStream certifications is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder interaction, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
