Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI systems, algorithms, and machine learning models.
- Build, train, tune, deploy, and optimize machine learning and large language models.
- Implement conversational AI, vector-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and other LLM solutions.
- Validate LLM solution architectures and provide production support for Generative AI models.
- Use MLOps tools for machine learning model lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Develop AI-driven workflow automation and decision-support solutions.
- Analyze large datasets and statistical results to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Build AI prototypes, troubleshoot applications, and optimize user experience and system performance.
- Monitor advancements in AI technologies and frameworks to improve solution functionality and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI development, data analysis, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience putting machine learning models and Generative AI models into production.
- Expertise in conversational AI, large language models, natural language processing, and machine learning.
- Experience with MLflow or similar tools for machine learning lifecycle management.
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning models and LLMs, including experience with LangChain or a similar tool.
- Experience implementing LLMs with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and tuning models.
- Experience using GPTs, Llama, or other large language models.
- Ability to perform solution architecture validation for LLMs.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment and scaling.
- Strong software engineering skills, including the ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch for machine learning tasks such as NLP, computer vision, or robotics.
