Responsibilities
- Customize and enhance Eagle products, including configuration and code fixes.
- Work with Eagle Message Center, Eagle IWS, Eagle ML, Eagle Automation Center, and relevant data, portfolio, or reporting centers.
- Support product upgrades, unit and system testing, quality assurance, release management, and warranty support.
- Develop using Oracle PL/SQL and support data processing with Python, shell scripting, Perl, Java, or similar languages.
- Prepare specifications, design, testing, and release documentation.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and coordinate onsite and offshore teams.
- Apply knowledge of Eagle functional modules, asset classes, and asset and wealth management processes.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Eagle utilities, Eagle customization, configuration, upgrades, and testing.
- Knowledge of the Eagle data model and Eagle Reference Data/RDC.
- Domain knowledge in asset and wealth management.
- Knowledge of Eagle functional modules such as data management, fund accounting, or performance calculation and attribution.
- Programming experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of asset classes including equity, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
- Ability to support QA, release management, documentation, and customer project needs.
