Base Salary
$225k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, including systems powering the data platforms and web application.
- Build secure, well-tested, highly scalable software using incremental, data-driven delivery.
- Coordinate technical roadmap delivery across product and frontend engineering teams.
- Collaborate with operations, revenue teams, leadership, and users to plan feature delivery.
- Help define product roadmaps, technical strategy, development processes, and engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers through pair programming and code reviews focused on scalable engineering principles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building complex applications with modern languages such as Python and/or TypeScript.
- Demonstrated track record of shaping and shipping valuable features.
- Demonstrated experience driving high-leverage infrastructure and process improvements.
- Strong judgment in managing technical debt and technical risk.
- Comfort using modern AI tools to accelerate development.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Previous startup experience is preferred.
- DevOps or platform/infrastructure experience, or deep interest in those areas, is preferred.
- Experience with AI prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, or Replit is preferred.
