Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance, including pay rules configuration.
- Design, execute, and manage manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality and compliance.
- Collaborate with the QA team on defect tracking and resolution.
- Use automation tools and scripting languages to improve testing efficiency.
- Serve as a primary resource to the QA Lead by providing mentorship and hands-on transition support.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with the UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance Module and advanced pay rules configuration is required.
- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing, test case design, and defect management is required.
- Proficiency with Selenium, TestAssure, automation tools, and scripting languages is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
