Responsibilities
- Own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
- Understand customers’ technical challenges and identify effective Devin use cases.
- Deploy Devin and Windsurf into production environments and support product integrations.
- Lead customer demos and pilots.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to drive product integration, adoption, and utilization.
- Implement requested features based on customer feedback when appropriate.
- Advocate for customer needs and inform the product roadmap.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become blockers.
Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript.
- Experience writing and debugging real software systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior engineers and executives.
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to prioritize independently.
- Comfort with ambiguity, intensity, sustained effort, and rapidly changing contexts.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%.
- Early-stage startup experience or experience operating beyond a formal job description is a potential advantage.
