Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into reusable AI-enabled products using Google Cloud services.
- Design and build reusable agentic AI assets, workflows, reference architectures, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and deployment accelerators.
- Develop Vertex AI Agent Builder configurations, Infrastructure-as-Code templates, deployment frameworks, and integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, and data platforms.
- Establish architecture standards, engineering frameworks, coding guidelines, governance, version control, release management, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and quality assurance practices.
- Optimize solutions for scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Engineering, Delivery, Product, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to reusable frameworks, thought leadership, innovation, and capability development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience designing cloud-native applications and reusable software assets on Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, automation, intelligent workflows, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and automated deployment frameworks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product architectures and develop proof-of-concepts, reusable accelerators, testing frameworks, and productized assets.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Preferred qualifications include experience building reusable AI products and cloud-native engineering assets, agentic AI frameworks, evaluation accelerators, deployment templates, DevOps, MLOps, Vertex AI, intelligent agents, automation frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms.
- Preferred contributions include reusable frameworks, patents, publications, innovation programs, or thought leadership initiatives.
