Base Salary
$79k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support small and medium business sales teams with technical expertise, solution adoption, and customer engagement.
- Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance.
- Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and reviews to optimize customer solutions.
- Assist with processing in-building coverage requests.
- Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
- Support technical inquiries, sales strategies, customer satisfaction, and other duties or projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related work experience, an advanced degree plus one year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes four to seven years in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering, with a record of successful solution sales and relationship management in a matrix environment.
- Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts is preferred.
- Required skills include communication, customer needs identification, product knowledge, project management, small business sales, solution architecture, technical demonstrations, technical presentations, technical training, and wireless networks.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Base salary range of $78,750-$142,030 and eligibility for sales incentives; target cash compensation is separately stated by the employer.
