Responsibilities
- Lead pilots and initial onboarding for new enterprise customers end-to-end.
- Scope, build, and deploy solutions on the Gumloop platform.
- Partner with account teams to drive adoption and expansion within existing accounts.
- Serve as the technical authority throughout the full customer lifecycle.
- Bridge the gap between customers and our product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Technical background with the ability to build and configure software solutions independently.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills to translate technical complexity into business value.
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
