Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Node.js and Nest.js.
- Build scalable REST and GraphQL APIs and data-processing pipelines.
- Integrate ML inference endpoints, batch jobs, and model-serving workflows.
- Collaborate with DevOps and ML engineers to deploy models, manage feature stores, and handle large datasets.
- Implement secure, high-performance backend systems with caching, queuing, and monitoring.
- Wrap AI models into APIs and deploy them into production environments.
- Write reusable modules, implement unit and integration tests, and support CI/CD workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience using Node.js, including Nest.js.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Desirable experience with ML model-serving frameworks including FastAPI, Triton, and TorchServe.
- Desirable exposure to Airflow, Kubeflow, or Dagster for data pipelines.
- Desirable understanding of Prometheus, EvidentlyAI, or Seldon Core for AI observability.
