  • Provision and manage infrastructure with Terraform and deploy workloads through Config Sync and GitOps practices.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and operate GitHub Actions and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for packaging, testing, and deploying platform utilities and applications.
  • Write YAML, Bash/Shell, Python, and Go automation for pipelines, Kubernetes manifests, configuration, and operational tooling.
  • Develop backend APIs and enterprise integrations using Java with Spring Boot, Go, or Python, including Apigee, OAuth2, and JWT integrations.
  • Build, secure, and operate Docker or Podman containers on Kubernetes and diagnose production cluster, networking, resource, and workload issues.
  • Implement observability, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and platform-health dashboards using BigQuery and Looker Studio.
  • Integrate SonarQube into CI/CD pipelines for code-quality and security gates and embed security, compliance, secrets management, least privilege, and supply-chain hygiene into platform workflows.
  • Build AI-assisted engineering integrations and utilities using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, QODO, and JetBrains AI Assistant.
  • Design prompt-driven automation and LLM orchestration for code, templates, technical content, infrastructure as code, testing, incident triage, and operational workflows.
  • Support production LLM and agentic workloads, including infrastructure scaling, cost control, GPUs, and model-serving patterns when applicable.
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation point, mentor junior engineers, partner with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in developer experience, reliability, security, and delivery velocity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

  • Strong Terraform infrastructure-as-code experience provisioning compute, storage, networking, and GKE resources.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins, Docker or Podman, Kubernetes, and GitOps tools such as Config Sync, ArgoCD, or Flux.
  • Experience integrating SonarQube or an equivalent tool into CI/CD pipelines for code quality and security scanning.
  • API design and integration experience involving Apigee, OAuth2, and JWT.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Data Studio/Looker Studio for observability and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with metrics, logs, tracing, SLOs, incident response, security-by-default pipeline design, and production troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML products and using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, JetBrains AI Assistant, Cursor AI, QODO, or open-source alternatives.
  • Customer-focused communication skills, the ability to balance developer experience with security and compliance, and demonstrated process-improvement and mentoring ability.
