Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
- Design and develop AI prototypes, proofs of concept, and minimum viable products.
- Build intelligent automation solutions using structured and unstructured data.
- Develop machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI capabilities.
- Contribute to future-state AI architecture, standards, integration patterns, strategy, and technology roadmap.
- Assess AI model performance, explainability, scalability, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the Porto AI team to transition successful R&D initiatives into scalable enterprise solutions.
- Produce technical documentation, recommendations, and stakeholder demonstrations.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business value.
Requirements
- Strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience delivering AI proofs of concept, prototypes, or R&D initiatives.
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles and governance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
