Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to integrate ethical guidelines into AI project workflows and deliverables.
- Design and deploy AI solutions focused on transparency, fairness, and responsible use.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, serving as a subject-matter expert and decision-maker.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems across teams.
- Mentor junior team members on responsible AI principles.
- Identify AI ethics risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Promote ethical AI adoption, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency and fairness.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Skill in identifying and addressing ethical challenges in AI development and implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
