Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, development standards, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks.
- Build agent capabilities including tool calling, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven platforms and workflow integrations.
- Use LLMs, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and autonomous agents in production solutions.
- Apply software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Design for scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, security, ethical AI, bias mitigation, and governance.
- Implement safeguards for hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, access control, and role-based agent permissions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Python is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI product engineering is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Python, software architecture, system design, microservices, modular architecture, scalability, reliability, and fault-tolerance design.
- Understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, structured prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG.
- Hands-on experience with AWS KIRO, Spec Driven Development, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and LangGraph.
- Knowledge of multi-agent coordination, workflow orchestration, DAGs, state machines, and planners.
- Knowledge of AI safety, risk management, security controls, access management, and compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, and the AI Act.
