Responsibilities
- Design AI-native enterprise architectures and human-agent capability matrices for delivery programs.
- Author guardrail specifications and boundary documentation for enterprise-scale agentic systems.
- Lead client architecture review workshops and produce context-pipeline blueprints.
- Govern ADLC adoption and define standards for AI-generated code quality.
- Architect responsible-AI frameworks covering bias detection, explainability, and audit trails.
- Design regulated AI decisioning systems with applicable compliance controls.
- Lead technical cohorts of Frontier Engineers and Masters and own AI-native systems end to end.
Requirements
- 12–22 years of experience in enterprise AI architecture leadership.
- Expertise in AI-native enterprise architecture, guardrail specification, responsible-AI framework design, context-pipeline architecture, ADLC governance, cross-platform AI integration, AIOps orchestration, regulated AI decisioning, frontier-model evaluation, and red-teaming.
- Ability to provide enterprise AI architecture leadership and technical advisory across domains, platforms, and sectors.
- Demonstrated responsible-AI leadership and enterprise-scale AI architecture.
- Successful completion of the Frontier CoE assessment at Architect level.
