Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of complex ServiceNow features, modules, and integrations.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders, project managers, and implementation partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers and administrators.
- Support releases, upgrades, production monitoring, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and day-to-day platform operations.
- Contribute to Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, configuration management, service modeling, and IT operations initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with demonstrated progression in scope and impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and database concepts.
- Experience with Service Mapping and CMDB/CSDM is preferred.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, mentoring, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
