Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Lead delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery through production.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates for business teams.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and ensure workflow safety.
- Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for safe AI-native automation.
- Partner with internal teams, product owners, and subject-matter experts as a technical advisor and evangelist.
- Coach colleagues and improve organizational AI fluency through pairing and workshops.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production applications or automations involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs including Claude or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and familiarity with SDKs and webhooks.
- Ability to design secure, auditable agents with controlled blast radius.
- Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong coaching, communication, pairing, and workshop skills.
