Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates for business teams.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and support safe AI-native workflows.
- Lead delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery through production while defining patterns, guardrails, and tooling.
- Partner with product owners, subject matter experts, and internal business teams to develop automated solutions.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating applications or automations in production environments, particularly with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs including Claude or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and comfort working with SDKs and webhooks.
- Ability to design secure, auditable AI agents with a controlled blast radius.
- Experience translating business pain points from non-technical stakeholders into technical solution designs.
- Ability to coach others and improve AI fluency through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
