Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Lead delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery through production.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates for business teams.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and safety.
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for safe AI adoption.
- Coach colleagues through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Significant experience building and operating production applications or automations involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and comfort working with SDKs and webhooks.
- Ability to design systems with security, auditability, and controlled blast radius in mind.
- Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to develop technical solution designs.
- Strong coaching, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
